Our products are despatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Orders received before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are usually processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We send all orders by Royal Mail 48 (2-3 days).

You have the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 (1-2 days) at checkout.

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

We are fully committed to reducing waste as much as possible. To help protect your products, we use fully biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from starch.

As our products are only sold online and fulfilled by us directly, we made the decision to remove all outer boxes. This helps prevent the unnecessary use of single-use cardboard.

You will find all the information you need about our products here on the website, and the label on every bottle includes ingredient and usage information. You can also contact us at any time should you need further information on how to recycle our packaging.

Unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed. Please allow 10 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us. If your parcel has still not arrived and has not been marked as delivered through the tracking service, contact us quoting your order number. 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third party providers is out of our hands.

Your address

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.

If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £5 (£15 for international orders) to cover the cost of postage.

When placing your order, please ensure you have made arrangements to take receipt of it. Our parcels do not fit through the letterbox. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to reasons of hygiene, health and safety, we do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstances. 

If you're unsure about investing in a full-sized product you haven't tried before, we recommend you explore our minis first.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchase. You can return your unopened and unused package to us within calendar 14 days from the day after you receive your order. 

Please contact us by email to let us know you want to return the products. We will provide you with an address to send the unused products. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending us any returned items. We will not accept liability or process a refund if we have not received your parcel and there is no proof of postage available.

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. A refund of the price paid for each product will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Postage is not refundable.

We will not provide a refund if the products show any signs of use.
