Niacinamide

Niacinamide is one of the ultimate skincare workhorses. It strengthens the skin’s barrier and helps protect from urban pollution. It balances oil production, minimises breakouts, and helps to reduce redness.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid, alongside glycerin, is a brilliant humectant for your skin. It delivers an immediate increase in hydration, leading to a plump, smooth and glowy complexion.

A combination of two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid penetrate below the surface of the skin and form a layer on top. This combination results in immediate and longer-lasting intensive hydration.

Ingredients & Usage

Aqua (distilled water)

Niacinamide (vitamin B3)

Glycerin (organic, from rapeseed oil)

Gluconolactone (skin conditioner)

Sodium hyaluronate (skin hydrator)

Sodium benzoate (preservative)

Lactic acid (non-dairy ph adjuster)

Calcium gluconate (skin conditioner)

Apply a couple of drops to cleansed face and neck. Use your fingertips to gently pat serum around the eye contour area. Allow to absorb before continuing with your next steps, which will be antioxidants and a moisturiser.

Packaging & Recycling

The clear glass bottle is fully recyclable. Remove the label and place it in general waste.

The dropper is composed of some recyclable components. Gently separate the glass pipette from the dropper. Place the dropper bulb in general waste.

You can place the glass bottle and pipette in household recycling.

Returning customers can order products with aluminium closures. By reusing pumps and pipettes from empty full-sized bottles, you and we can go so much further in our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

We recommend you only reuse a dispenser from the same product. Residual tap water can introduce contaminants and may change the pH of our carefully balanced products. To avoid this, please do not wash the pumps or pipettes from your empty bottle.

Pumps and pipettes should be replaced after 12 months.

Best cleanser!!

Best cleanser!! It leaves my skin both clean and moist. I wouldn't be without it.

Light, Hydrating and...

My skin is combination-oily but very dehydrated, though it has recently become sensitive and dry following use of some active ingredients. Illume Niacinamide serum is light, hydrating and does not feel sticky. It absorbs into the skin easily and soaks in quickly. It has been about 3 weeks since I started using the serum. I apply a rich moisturiser and a few drops of oil after the serum to achieve more hydration levels and help with skin repair.

Favorite serum

My favorite Kri Skincare serum! The texture is so pleasant and the result is wonderful. I use it morning and evening as my first step and under Vitamin C Serum and Timeless Moisturiser (am) / Endless Moisturiser (pm). It gives a beautiful glow and a nice boost in hydration. Highly recommend it!

Gentle and effective

Love this serum. It works gently, and at 5% niacinamide concentration, it's safe for skin. I also love that it contains HA. This alone wasn't hydrating enough for me as I have very dry skin, but following up with oils and/or a moisturizer always suffices. I've only been using for about 6 weeks, but will be buying another bottle.

Very good experience so far

Only a couple of weeks into use but it is very quick and easy to apply and feels good on my sensitive skin. I was focused on finding more sustainable and effective skincare and I am really glad this company was recommended to me.

Lovely serum!

Normally I use Hydrate but tried Illume this time and I'm very much enjoying this super serum on my quite sensitive skin!

Glides on

Glides on beautifully with no pilling. I’m starting to see a visible difference in my skin after using it night and day. My dark spots are reducing and my skin feels more plump in general. I also have no issue wearing this under the kri sunscreen.

Glides on smoothly!

Glides onto skin easily, sinks in and doesn't feel a sticky feeling. Thank you! Wish it had panthenol included though. Otherwise perfect lil' serum for troubled skin.
