PACKAGING & RECYCLING

The clear glass bottle is fully recyclable. Remove the label and place it in general waste. The pump is not recyclable. Unscrew it from the bottle and place it in general waste.

Returning customers can order products with aluminium closures. By reusing pumps and pipettes from empty full-sized bottles, you and we can go so much further in our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

We recommend you only reuse a dispenser from the same product. Residual tap water can introduce contaminants and may change the pH of our carefully balanced products. To avoid this, please do not wash the pumps or pipettes from your empty bottle.

Pumps and pipettes should be replaced after 12 months.

Great cleanser

I was a bit worried about using an oil based cleanser, especially with rosacea skin, but I have to say this cleanser is gentle and very effective. I use it with a soft damp flannel and then apply the serum afterwards.

Perfect

I had stocked up on Unveil in December but found after a month or so my skin was drying out. Rupa was so kind, gave great advice, I tried a sample size and then replaced them with Prelude. I was nervous about using a pure oil as removing it with a flannel had been irritating in the past, but have been using it for several months now and my skin is back to how it was. Applied to dry skin, massaged to break up SPF etc and then a warm flannel to wipe it off, step into shower and let the steam and water rinse any left over, so it doesn’t leave residue. Beautiful light but effective blend of oils, no essential oils, no fragrance or anything else that can irritate. I am so glad to see it has been brought back as a regularly stocked item. I also use less that before, ~3 pumps for face and neck, and that is generous as I like to really massage it, so it lasts longer and is more sustainable (especially with the refills). Thank you Rupa and Krī

Another lovely Kri product

This is the second Kri cleanser I have tried (the first was the Charcoal one, which I loved and also recommend!) I was intrigued to try a full oil cleanser as I have oily skin and it has been recommended to me to do so by a friend. Needless to say it’s yet another Kri product to be impressed with! You only need a small amount, it cleanses really well and feels like it give a good deep evening cleanse and feels very nourishing.

Cuts through waterpoof makeup

This really does shift makeup and is lovely and sily smooth on the skin. I escpecially like it for getting rid of panda eyes after the shower. Where I use oth the Refine charcoal orange cleanser and the Purify rosehip cleaner in that order. Both are gentle cleanser that have done wonders for my skin but a little too ge tle for the waterpropf mascara that I cutrently use. This cleaning oil is perfect to remove the panda eyes.

Love this eco friendly option

I reordered the Prelude Cleansing Oil and Refine Charcoal Cleanser without pumps as I had used both before and absolutely love them. I often use them to double cleanse, the Prelude is really good for gently removing makeup. It’s fab that you can order without the pumps to save some plastic!

Beautiful cleansing oil

I am huge fan of oil cleansing and at first I was not sure as I do like a bit of fragrance usually but the quality of the oil and how it makes my skin feel after more than makes up for it. It also lasts ages which is a bonus. I use a textured cloth with it to ensure it takes off all make up which it does very easily.

Prelude cleansing oil

The worst cleansing oil I've ever tried. I would advise you to purchase a trial size if you really want to try it, as you might be disappointed. I had to use so much product in order to clean my make-up and it's not even a waterproof one. I would not recommend and will not buy again!

Dear Mihaela - we're sorry this product did not work for you. Prelude has been thoroughly tested on waterproof stage and screen makeup, which it had no problem dissolving.

Total game-changer

Firstly, I was really impressed with the beautiful presentation of the products. This company clearly takes its commitment to the environment seriously, and it shows in every aspect of their packaging. The cleansing oil itself literally destroys sunscreen and mascara without having to go in again. The face cloth is a lovely addition and so much nicer than muslins. I’m ever so impressed and have just placed my second order - without the pump! x
