Mini SFP30 Mineral Sunscreen - Tinted
Protect your skin from the UVA rays responsible for premature ageing and UVB rays that cause burning and sun damage.
This colour balancing, high protection broad-spectrum sunscreen blends into skin with a semi-matte finish. It absorbs quickly to form an instant protective barrier and feels weightless on the skin.
This is a nice SPF cream, however the consistency is very thick and spreading it on my face&neck takes a lot of time. It also leaves white~ish cast which becomes less visible as the day goes by. I have a yellow skin undertone and so this white cast makes my skin looks weird. So next time I may try the tinted version.
The good things- it gives a nice matt and it protects well the ingredients are good as well.
I researched a lot of physical sunscreens and tried a couple before this one… this one is the nicest…. Good colour for my light-medium toned skin and blends in well without leaving a white cast. Nice creamy formula but not heavy. Would recommend.
This is the second zinc sunscreen I have tried, and the best at that. It protects my very fair skin from sun damage, doesn’t irritate my skin or cause breakout. The texture is so creamy, blends right into the skin and isn’t greasy like some sunscreens. It is my new go to. Great job with this product :)
I was expecting the product to act somewhat as a BB cream as it’s “tinted”. The tint does nothing and it looks like your skin as it would with any other sunscreen on. I love that it’s a mineral sunscreen and good ingredients, but as far as tinted goes, I don’t see the point and you’re better off getting regular sunscreen. As for darker complexions, it may be worth trying. I have fair skin so it really did nothing for me
Thanks so much for your feedback, Chloe. We do say in the product description that it should leave a transparent finish on most skin tones. The only purpose of the tint is to offset any white cast that commonly occurs with zinc oxide. Despite this, we hope you’re enjoying the protection the sunscreen offers.
I have acne prone skin and was told that all SPF’s will clog your pores - not this one. I have multiple products from Kri and it’s always hit, never miss. It leaves tiny bit of white film, but will disappear in few minutes and you are ready to go:)
This product is truly a game changer.. I have been using this recently during the heatwave and have not burnt at all … my skin is highly sensitive and reactive and it does not react at all to this product. Also, sunscreen normally migrates into my eyes but this doesn’t do that so I never get stingy eyes. Although it is pricey a small amount goes a long way so I can see the product lasting ages. The finish is perfect for me as it is semi matte so if you are dry skinned like me it is not too chalky yet you don’t look oil slicked either like other sunscreens make you look - just a nice dewy glow. Also, it does not have a white cast to it. All in all I cannot fault this product … although it would have been better packaged in an airtight tube than a jar.
I used the Kri mineral suncream on holiday for the first time last week, and it did not disappoint. Not only did it protect my face but also allow for a natural gradual tan to build without any burn, it also made my skin feel amazing (unlike supermarket / leading brand suncreams). Its coverage is lovely and light. Not only that, it wonderfully protected my tattoes! Can't fault, this'll be a staple product for me forevermore!
For someone who hasn’t worn any sunscreen for almost 10 years due to allergic reaction Kri sunscreen is literally my saviour! This definitely an improved version of non-tinted mineral sunscreen. It is easy absorbent and doesn’t leave a white cast. I usually wear this underneath my tinted moisturiser and I finds it actually helps mattifying my make up which is amazing!
One of the only mineral sunscreens that looks nice on my light olive skin and doesn’t contain unnecessary, irritating ingredients. It’s a little greasy but that’s to be expected and it gives a healthy look. Unfortunately it isn’t high enough protection for sunny days as I have sensitive, sun damaged skin.
I bought a sample pot to try the tint, having used the un-tinted for several months. I am Fitzpatrick 1.5 and this tint was too dark for me, it was also noticeably a much warmer undertone. So as a product on it’s own it won’t work for me, but I do now use a 10ml mini added to each 50ml jar of the un-tinted to take the edge off the white cast and that works perfectly. But I am always pleased to see more inclusive shade ranges, as skin protection is so important.
